Jonathan Quinn has run the highly successful Quinn Letting Specialists (QLS) for the last four years. He has a degree in  Housing Management and recently obtained corporate membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

With a strong marketing and business background Jonathan is perfectly placed to guide Quinn Property Sales into a new era of Estate Agency. Jonathan comments

Paul Hanna, his career in the property industry began in 2002; starting off within a large property development company in Belfast as a Property Sales Consultant for three years.

From this he progressed into Fred Dalzell and Partners Estate Agents as a Sales Negotiator / Property Valuer which opened its Ballynahinch office in April 2005. While working Paul completed a HND in Estate Management, the experience and knowledge gained is invaluable whether you are selling or buying a home in the Co. Down area. He then progressed to a Lettings Manager for Jonathan Quinn of Quinn Property Services. He and Jonathan in November 2010, decided to join together as Hanna Quinn Property Sales with an office previously occupied by Fred Dalzell and Partners, to offer Property Sales within the residential and commercial market.

Ken Bell has been working in the Estate Agency Business for over 35 years, for the past 5 years he has been the director responsible for the daily running of the Fred Dalzell & Partners Ballynahinch office. Previous to that he was a director of the highly successful Lisburn office which covered the Co. Down sector of the business. He is now looking forward to assisting Paul Hanna and Jonathan Quinn in the new project of house sales in the greater Co. Down area.

Lindsey Torney, is an outstanding highly motivated young individual, bringing with her the experience she has gained from Quinn Letting Specialists while working as a Business Administrator. Lindsey will be on hand to assist with the daily administration duties. Having completed her NVQ level 3 in Business Administration and European Computer Driving Licence this year, she now carries on her current career advancement to the Advanced European Computer Driving Licence.
